By accessing or using SetMyHours ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SetMyHours is a software-as-a-service platform that enables businesses to manage and synchronize their operating hours across multiple third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, Bing Places, and Apple Maps.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your organization
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

4.1 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you with at least 30 days' notice and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes to third-party APIs that may affect our Service
  • Third-party platform downtime or service interruptions
  • Actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your business listings

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate business information
  • Ensuring you have authorization to manage the business listings you connect
  • Complying with the terms of service of all connected third-party platforms
  • All activity that occurs under your account

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any business you do not have authority to represent

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SetMyHours and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SetMyHours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service
  • Errors or inaccuracies in any content

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SetMyHours makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, or availability.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SetMyHours operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
